How long do I have to return an item?
Should you need to return any item from your order please return within 7 days of delivery. You need to notify us of your return to email@example.com within 3 days so that we can accept the return.
We ask that you please take care when trying on your items. Should the return show any sign of wear or the tags have been removed for any reason our returns team will not be able to process your refund.
Please note that should any returned parcels be lost by your chosen courier for return we will not be able to issue a refund, so we strongly recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting the order back to us.

Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges on returns. We do advise that should you need a new size / colour that a new order is placed.
I have received a faulty or incorrect item. What do I do?
Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
We ask that you please send us a message via the contact us page and we will assist in getting the issue sorted as soon as possible.
If a faulty item has been received you will need to contact our customer care team with 3 days.
How long does it take to get a refund?
When we receive your returned parcel is received in our warehouse we aim to have the refund processed within 5 working days.
Once processed you will receive an email to let you know your refund has been issued. All funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
